Executive Director

We’re looking for a visionary and mission-driven leader to serve as the Executive Director of United Way of the Wabash Valley. This role is an opportunity for a collaborative and innovative leader to drive community impact, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure the long-term success of our organization.

As the Executive Director, you will be the primary advocate and spokesperson for United Way of the Wabash Valley, working across private, public, and corporate sectors to improve conditions in our community. You will establish and implement a strategic vision, develop strong relationships with donors and community stakeholders, and provide organizational leadership to further our mission.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and operational competencies, along with a high level of business acumen, financial expertise, and strategic management skills to generate resources and financial support for the organization. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, lead key initiatives, and strengthen community partnerships to maximize our impact.

Operations Specialist

We’re looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about nonprofit work and making a difference. As an Operations Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our mission and ensuring our organization runs smoothly.

As an Operations Specialist, you will oversee the organization’s daily activities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and policy adherence. You’ll work closely with the Resource Development and Community Impact departments to streamline operations while also providing administrative support for the Executive Director and acting as a liaison with committees.
